Have you ever wondered if there is such a business like this?

What I mean is a business that you can make by setting-up an Office of a Company.

Either renovation or construction and supply of office equipments like tables and chairs.

What you need to Set-up the Business?



First, one must know how to make an office layout and estimate the floor plan. By knowing this you would know how much space you need to put depending on the client needs. And by having this layout you can make an estimate amount that you and your client could deal with.

Second, search for suppliers for tables, chairs, cabinets, partitions and all other materials you may need for the business. It is better if you found and search for the ones that have cheaper but elegant or modern designs and use it for your own business portfolio.

Third, market your own company. Post or share your work. Refer it to your friends! People need to know that your company exist.

Fourth, upon receiving your clients inquiry make sure to have ocular visit on the place. It is better to inspect maybe there is more that you can or may do for the place and offer it to your client.

Fifth, have a contract for this type of transactions. After closing a deal it is better for both parties to have an agreement that stipulates the inclusion/exclusion of a particular job. 

Sixth, if a client set-up a budget work within that and do not compromise the quality. It is better to have a good output rather than having a negative feedback. Word of mouth is still the best marketing technique and starting your business with a good one would mean a lot of clients in the future!
